TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") are entered into by and between you and Emirates Dawn for Security Consultancy. 

Welcome to our Knowledge Center page. This page (together with the documents and training tools referred to on it) tells you the terms on which you may:

•    make use of this website (the "Site");
•    register as a user of the Site; and/or
•    make use of the materials.

Please read the terms of use below before you create your account. 

1.    Accessing the Site

By accessing, browsing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of use, including the Agreement and Additional Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not or cannot agree to the Terms, please do not use the Site or any of the services offered through the Site. Such updates, revisions, supplements, modifications and additional rules, polices, terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into these Terms upon notice thereof, which may be given by any reasonable means including by posting to the Site. Your continued viewing or use of the Site following such notice will be deemed to conclusively indicate your acceptance of any and all such Additional Terms. 

We aim to update our site regularly, and may from time to time change the Materials as well as the type of subscription/registration needed to access any of the Materials. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. The Materials may be out of date at any given time, and while we may from time to time update the Materials we are under no obligation to do so.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your Internet connection are aware of these Terms and that they comply with them and you also understand that you and not we are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us.

2.    Information about you and your visits to the Site

We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

3.    Becoming a registered user and use of passwords

Access to certain areas of the Site will be restricted to registered users only. You can apply to become a registered user. You must treat this information as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party.

You confirm that all the details supplied by you when you register are accurate and complete. You agree to notify the Emirates Dawn service helpdesk promptly of any changes. Should you make any significant change to your details, you must notify us not less than three (3) days before the change takes effect.

We reserve the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms.

In order to operate your account you will be issued with an authentication link. You are responsible for the security and proper use of your passwords and your account. If we reasonably believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the service or your account, we may change your passwords immediately and will notify you accordingly.

4.    Usage Obligations
The Site contains copyrighted animations, photographs, images, maps, charts, illustrations, videos, text, and other intellectual property of Emirates dawn and third party suppliers ("Content"). All rights, title and interest in and to the Content, including all applicable copyrights, trade secrets, patents and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain vested in Emirates Dawn and its suppliers.
You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and use of pages of the Training tools for your own internal use and not on behalf of any other person or entities, and that you will not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute any material on the Site for any purpose other than for your own internal use unless otherwise specifically authorized by Emirates Dawn in this Agreement ad or its suppliers. 
You agree that you will NOT:
a.    Copy, download or screenshot Content of the manual.
b.    Reproduce and/or distribute Content.
c.    Reproduce the Content in any other medium or on any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution. Sublicense, lease or otherwise remarket or distribute by any means now or hereafter any portion of content to the Site.
d.    Log into a server or account which you are not authorized to access.
e.    Transmit or post material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have obtained the permission of the copyright owner to transmit it.
f.    Transmit or post material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner to so transmit them.
g.    Transmit or post material that infringes on any Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below) of others or violates the privacy or rights of publicity of others.
You further agree:
i.    Not to publish, post, or otherwise distribute the login ID and password that has been established for use with your individual access to the site.
ii.    To notify Emirates Dawn promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of the Site.
iii.    That you are responsible for the results obtained, and conclusions drawn, from your use of the Site.
iv.    To comply with all applicable laws, regulations, or conventions in using the Site, including, but not limited to, those related to intellectual property rights, data privacy, and/or misleading or deceptive conduct.
5.    Governing Law and Arbitration
The laws of the emirates of Abu Dhabi (excluding any principles of conflicts of laws) govern your use of the Site, the services and these Terms. You agree that the parties shall settle any claim or dispute relating to these Terms. You agree that the courts of Abu Dhabi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or their formation. For these purposes, each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
